I got in touch with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez office to help with my case that has been ready for interview since July 2018 and, on the phone, they told me they couldn't speed up the case and asked me to fill a form and send them some documents. Last week, they said they had sent a request to the USCIS to know about my case. Today I got an email from them with the response of the USCIS, saying my case is within the process time, both green card process and EAD, to check on the website details for the processing times, all the things I already know from the website...my question is: does the congressman/congresswoman really help? Has anybody got a response like that from the congressman/congresswoman? I am very frustrated...
