I-765 expedite request
Hello,
I have made an expedite request on my I-765 EAD renewal based on Severe Financial Loss.
Level 2 Agent has told me that they will most likely ask for a proof of Financial Loss.
I am waiting for them to request such an information, but I would like to prepare everything before they request it so I can fax it to them asap.
My question is, for people who have successfully gotten their I-765 expedited, what proof did you provide?
I am the main provider in our family. My wife only works part time, and goes to school part time.
Can you please let me know what documents/proof should I prepare based on your experience?
