When Wil my interview get approve
I had my interview in April 25th.it went well.was given 120days paper.under review.yesterday I call them in d morning. The lady on the phone told me the time frame is 2yrs for my 485 and for my 130 told me she cant tell me about it but my hubby who is the petitioner am in same sax marriage and am confuse with her statement..am planning to go to my Congressman.if I go what how do I ask them because there no update on any only interview was schedule. Other showing case was received. I think i suppose to get approve my 130.
My question is she didn't want to tell me about 130 and feeling my 485 is 2yrs time frame. Any help with or advice will be greatly appreciated.
