After 10 years we finally got APPROVED!! Material Witness
Waring this post is pretty Long but has a Happy Ending!! May God Bless you all and wish you all the BEST and GOOD LUCK!!
First and foremost I want to Thank God for all his Blessings. My husband came to the United States 16yrs ago. He was involved in a very terrible tragedy when he arrived here in the US. I met my hubby in Sept. 2006 and married Dec. 2008. In Feb. 2009 we filed i485 & i765 and 9 months later our application got denied. We tried again in July 2012 and hired an attorney while we were waiting on a reply my husband end up in removal proceedings in December 2014, so things got real our attorney at the time knew we needed to get stuff done, she mention to start submitting applications left and right and as a Wife I did all and everything for my husband not to get deported. After so many application out and immigration courts here in the RGV and Houston. My Husband and I decided to let that attorney go because it was getting expensive and we were just not getting anywhere. How they 3rd times the charm. Feb 2016 we hired a well known attorney and we just put it all in God's Hands, it took our attorney some time to submit paper work because of who my Husband is and because of the case he carriers with him.

Ending of Feb 2019, i came across this website and OMG did it helped me in so many ways. So I started getting so many ideas and started doing my lawyers job. I put on my pants and said my family is staying together and I'm fixing my hubby's status.
1st week of March I called Congressman I told him what happen to my husband, did a timeline for him and gathered all my information of previous attempts.
April 15, 2019 Congressman called and informed that our case was no longer with USCIS it had been transferred to ICE. So I called our attorney office and they couldn't do much because they were aware of it. So I called his ICE officer and demand a meeting with him. April 17, 2019, spoke with his officer and told whats going on and straight out told me we don't have anything against him we are just waiting for him to miss up, but we are turning his case back to USCIS. We were like REALLY!!! So on April 26th he had an appt for his bio-metric for his pending i765. So I asked to speak to a Supervisor Immigration Officers, which we had the pleasure speaking with. We told him everything he had to know, he told us to step out and he was going to go talk to someone. we waited for a good 45 mins out in the lobby, he told us your case is going to be taken care of and will be worked on. you will soon hear from us. Before we left I asked who has my husbands case, he we do USCIS, which we were relieved.
May 2, 2019 we received a Call-IN letter from IO. Stating she wanted the "OUTCOME" of an arrest. So the fun begins, started calling the county he was arrest and getting the reports. Mind you he got arrest 10yrs ago. Kingsville County Sheriff Dept is not friendly, but got what I needed. TG neways
May 17, 2019 2nd Interview @9:10am
We arrived 25 minutes early with a positive attitude, right at 9:10am calls out my husband last name, ugh attorney hadn't arrived, she said ill give him 10 mins. Lucky he arrived so here we go. She informed us she had questions of his first interview. It was tense 45 minutes, she wanted us to file i601 and again she was ify and told us again she was going to review his case. That when i said hell with it I'm speaking up and I told her what needed to be said and how I felt. I told her don't break my family because 15 yrs ago the Federal Government broke the family he had in Honduras cause they needed him here for the trail and now that you don't need him you want to send him back. I told her Yes he came in illegal the 1st time but the second time he was Paroled in to help with the case and has been here since. I handed her a book they wrote about him and told her take the time and read it. My husband said if do read it then you will know why I left. So we shook her hand and told we only got each other and walked out. We left scared and our attorney will we need to start getting all the information ready for the 601, as we left immigration office my husband was lost, stated thinking neg. talking about his work permit was going to get deny, he was not going to be able to drive because in June 28, it expired. So we ended up going to SPI just chill and talk figure out how were we going to do it checked the website from 12-1:30pm no updates. We got home around 3pm and something told me check the website. before he said Ma im going outside and smoke, I remember telling him Babe its too early and its hot, and he told I can't deal w/this anymore. So he went outside and I signed in the website and guess what I see. NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCES. I held this scret from my husband for 7 days. We decided to surprise him. Boy was it hard.
