L1B to H1B - Direct Employer - Chances of 221g
Hi all,
I have my appointment on 2nd July 2019.
I am currently on L1B, working directly for the employer (no client).
What are the chances of 221g in such cases ?
I was told that if we get 221g/Administrative Processing, they return our passport. Is that true ?
If they return passport, I plan to come back to US (on my current L1B visa), and if that's not possible, I plan to go to India. Please let me know if there is any problem with this plan.
