Employment Based i-485 and i-765
Today marked exactly 180 days that my cases have been received. I don't know how USCIS process cases, as some are approved in less than 4 months. I am a December filler and now really worried if I am getting my EAD or my cases are being processed. I have not gotten RFE yet.
Since its employment based I am not able to contact any congressmen/ombudsmen.
Does any one know what majority of RD are getting their EAD?
