Feeling very blessed
I want to thank Allah the all mighty since I have now received my green card. Case updated to card being produced on 6/1/19, a day before my birthday 6/2/19... best birthday present ever lol . I wanted to share my timeline in case it may help someone on this great forum.
PD 11/23/18 concurrently filed I-130, I-485 and I-765 petitioned for by my USC daughter
12/1/18 received 797 reciept notices.
12/26/18 did biometrics
12/27/18 Got case update that FBI completed fingerprint review
I did receive RFE 12/20/18 requesting employment letter and last 6 months paystubs from petitioner's current job. I only was able to provide 3 months of paystubs from petitioners current job, so I included last 6 months paystubs from her previous job as well (i included a letter explaining that petitioner recently started a new job.), also included an employment letter from the current job. luckily this response was accepted
I sent RFE response on 3/1/19 and case updated on 3/6/19 that RFE response was received.
On 4/14/19 case updated to EAD card being produced
On 4/15/19 received a courtesy letter requesting that I mail in I-693 medical to Atlanta field office by 7/6/2019 so that a final decision can be made. I did medical and sent the sealed envelope by fedex signature required on 5/22/19 and then Boom! Case updated on 6/1/19, new card being produced!!, received approval notice for I-485 on 6/5/19 and finally green card was recieved 6/7/19, while on my way to friday prayers, i decided to peek in the mail box and there it was. It overall took 6 months and 2 weeks for the whole process with no interview, so i feel very blessed. I pray the same blessing for each and everyone of you on this stressful journey.
