Overstay J1 to AOS I485
I am a little confused. I overstayed my J1 visa so I was out of status for like 4 years. Meanwhile I meet my wife and got married. I applied for AOS. My question is: is there going to be a problem the fact that I overstayed past my J1 visa? Would that affect my aplication?
