Status "card is being produced "

My situation goes like this: yesterday my wife and I had the initial interview for I-485, after the interview the uscis officer gave us the "notice of interview paper" in which the officer checked the first box that states that our case is under review and uscis will get back to us if they need anything else or when the case is complete. In contrary, in about 8hrs after the interview, I went to check the I-485 status online, it shows "card is being produced " .
My question is, does "card is being produced " mean that the I-485 is still under review ( according the uscis officer) or that the status has moved from review to card being produced and therefore no longer under review? Thanks a lot guys for looking into my question
