RFE after an interview
Hi.
We had an interview for marriage based green card for 10 years. I had prepared 3 thick folder of evidence, brought 100+ photos. The IO was asking us question and didn't really look or asked for the evidence we brought. Right before we left she asked me where I wanted my green card to be sent, I replied.
2 hr later I got an update online "Request for additional evidence" I am really embarrassed. We bought so much! Car Insurance, life insurance, house title, 3 year lease agreement, proof of addresses, bank account, saving account, flight tickets, letters from my employer, etc. Everything on our both names - the IO didn't look at anything now she wants additional evidence?
Does anyone knows why this happened? Do they just want to hold our case for longer time? How long does it take them to reply after I submit requested evidences?
