I-485 AOS - Marriage Based - National Benefits Center
Filed: 11/06/2017
1st EAD: 01/09/2018
2nd EAD: 03/08/2019
Interview scheduled: 06/06/2019
We used to live in NYC and moved to Denver. We changed our address as USCIS advised. Our interview was scheduled and we just got the notice by mail. Our interview has been scheduled in NYC and not in Denver. Just after we moved, USCIS confirmed to me that they got our new address and that the change has been made in their system. I got my 2nd EAD in Denver with no issues. I'm currently on hold trying to speak with a USCIS customer rep on the phone.
Do you know if canceling the interview and asking them to transfer it to Denver will delay our case? Should we show up in NYC or there will be a risk that they don't have the geographical jurisdiction power to approve us because we are no longer living in NYC?
