Is it safe to travel with Advance parole if I'm overstayed? I came to the country using ESTA 4 years ago and it expired after three months. I am adjusting status through marriage and waiting for my interview. I really like to visit my family and friends in my country. I have no criminal record. I am just worried that they would deny my reentry because of my unlawful presence in the United States.
