2nd EAD field August 2018 approved and expected to be received June 14 2019 is in the mail coming tomorrow
Interview went ok. We have been married since July 2016, we have a 19 month old daughter. We brought all joint bills, taxes, bank accounts, baby certificate and a photo album from the day we met until March 2019. IO only took one photo from the album in which included the baby. Only asked questions about our relationship of how we met, dates and things like that. She said everything was ok. But my husband was a victim of his country corrupted criminal justice system and spent 1 year in Jail in 2012. He never had any problems before or after that. We brought all court papers but IO said they have to do a background check in his country that will take at least a month and it’s outside her hands the decision that they will make. She gave us a 120 days review paper. Anybody with overseas records that can share their experiences with me.
