Hi, im a silent reader here since i started my application. I wanna share my experience under k visa
Nov 1, 2018 filed for AOS and EAD
after a week got email for biometrics schedule
Nov 29, 2018 Biometrics
March 2019 RFE affidavit of support ( need updated one )
May 8 ready to be scheduled interview
May 10 interview was scheduled
May 13 recieved my letter for interview
June 13 interview day ( 11:45am) approved
5 minutes interview and the officer told us that will wait in 30 days for the GC
When i got home i checked my status online and was changed to card is being produced and refused my EAD application since i dont need it anymore.
Some of you might confuse when you get the interview appoitment that one of the checklist is medical. I didnt do the medical coz they are not asking for it. Officer have the copy of previous medical ( manial )
