Hello,
I am seeking an advise.
This Tuesday we had an interview for i-485 and I my attorney was with me at the interview. After we walked out the room and I was about to ask my lawyer questions she said that she had to go because she had another couple who were about to begin their interview. She added that we made the IO very comfortable because we were very honest and detailed. So she left .
2 hours later I received RFE (Request For Additional Evidence) and I got even more questions. I didn't know if that was bad or good, how to proceed now and how it can delay the processing time. My lawyer was busy to talk to me and her assistant said that she can leave a message to the lawyer so the lawyer can call me back later. Today is Friday so 4 days with no respond. I received a letter from USCIS with one doc requested and I have this doc on hand. I am literally ready to mail out a letter myself! But I am afraid to do something wrong and I really need an advise from her! I feel desperate. I paid her almost $7,000 for this I-485 case and I feel I'm being ignored.
What should I do? Wait for my lawyer to respond or mail the doc myself?
