Filled October 2017 under marriage based
Got EAD approval notice 01/22/2018
Went for interview with my spouse 11/13/2018 and the IO said he was satisfied but will have to present our case for review as my husband comes home every 6weeks from NYC where he works while we live here in Atlanta. We gave bus passes and others as evidence. The IO assured us to look forward to to our card.
I mailed for renewal of EAD 01/24/19 and got notice of action 02/03/2019. The 180 days will lapse 07/22/2019 and I am yet to receive my card or approval notice. Please what do we do. We did interview at the Atlanta office and my place of work has just sent a mail that I present my valid EAD as the one I currently use will expire in July. I am really frustrated right now despite hubby's effort to make me feel better.
