My Greencard expires sept 2020, my marriage has been rocky since I received my GC. I am currently separated and in the process of a divorce. I know I will have to file removal by myself. My question is : has anyone been in this situation before? How did you go about it? Can you recommend a good lawyer in MD.. do I get a divorce first or wait until 90 days before my GC expires ? I need your advice .
