I-130 approved, but wife AOS denied
Now knowing more, i will clarify the situation. Our I-130 petition for spouse and children is approved. The children's AOS has been approved. My wife AOS was denied due to accidentally and falsely claiming "citizen" on a past employment application. We are waiting for the denial letter to proceed with an attorney. But I'm hearing that possibly something should be filed in the mean time? and where might that filing go ?
