San Jose Office: Marriage based AOS still pending after 15 months!
It's been 15 months since we applied for a marriage based GC and still waiting . USCIS is a complete black hole, with no info coming in or out. Here are my details so far:

PD: March 14, 2018
Biometrics: April 10,2018
EAD/AP Card: July 20, 2018
Interview: Oct 2018

Interview went smooth. The IO was quite pleasant to talk to. She asked about how we met, our relationship history and the usual yes/no questions. We had all the supporting documents like old pictures, wedding pics, bank and financial documents etc.

At the end of the interview, the IO said that since I also had an Employment based GC application in the system, I would need to sign a "conditional withdrawal", which stated that I agree to withdraw my employment based application on the condition that my marriage based GC would be approved. This sounded reasonable to me and I signed the document. IO said I should have the GC soon after the withdrawal had been processed.

Dec 2018: I get a notice from USCIS that my employment based GC petition is withdrawn!

I am thinking this is a great sign , since I had signed a CONDITIONAL WITHDRAWAL!

Feb 2019: It's been over 120 days since the interview and nothing. My attorney filed a SR.

May 2019: 3.5 months later, the SR was reviewed by an officer and then resolved on the same day. The online status says that they sent a response but neither my attorney nor me have received any communication from USCIS regarding the SR.

At this point, I am not sure what else to do. I have not received any RFE , the San Jose field office has stopped taking Info Pass appointments and calling USCIS on the 1800 number is useless. You wait 45 mins to talk to an officer who just tells your case is still under "normal processing time" .

Anyone here have any tips on what to do next would be appreciated!
