Hi,I and my husband filed my AOS in Atlanta-Georgia because we live there.i had my interview on 02/28/2019....the interview began smoothly with the IO all smiley...then I was asked what I did if I have access of our joint account of which i said yes,he asked me to show my ATM card.,i did, then asked when was my recent transaction,as at that time,it was 3days ago I did some transaction on our account....then he said it wasn't captured in our joint account we brought.we answered those accounts were the bank statements the bank gave us...we took a whole year bank statement records to them...then he said he will give me a specific date on our joint account and find out the answer from us...he then asked what I did on the account on 01/28/2019...i was at work by then(live-in caregiver),so I answered i was at work and had not done anything by then....he asked where I work...I told him the name of my agency...he said where is it?....i said it's in connecticut...he then said when was the last time you came home,i told him 5days ago...I started work on 09/2018...that was when i had the job as a live-in caregiver...so he asked before the 5days when have you been home....I said on December and he said, but that is 3months...i told it's because we needed the money to pay our loadsof bills, besides I and my husband discussed...then he asked, how come your pay doesn't pass through your joint account....I told him it's because i save, then he asked my husband,do you have a separate account?my husband said yes...he then asked me whether i have a separate account...I also answered yes...he then said bring your separate bank statements then I will make a decision...then he told me to bring out my letter from my employer, i have it to him and finally he said he is ok with our interview and that the state doesn't have any law that says nobody can't work in a different state, just that he wants to be convinced...he said he will sent my lawyer an email on the request with our bank statements....he did and the lawyer then forwarded all plus things he deemed fit to sent like affidavit of supports from people who knows about our marriage, cards sent to us by my parents, our files taxes, our life insurance etc etc....the lawyer sent it on 03/25/2019 after our interview on 02/28_2019.....ever since that time till mow,i still have the same status saying our interview was scheduled...my EAD will be expiring on 07/30/2019...I have already applied for renewal and biometrics was scheduled on May 21st 2019....which I have done already....till date,no update has been sent on my USCIS status.....ever since this whole incident, i have never been the same person....am really worried....please,has anybody experienced this before? No decision has been made....any help on this??
