Adjustment of Status - I-485

Received a letter that my AOS is denied due to non appearance of interview. I DID NOT RECEIVE any letter at all. Called USCIS multiple times to follow up upon receiving notification from my case tracker and was just told to wait for the letter. I patiently waited and the letter that I received was a denial of my applications I tried called USCIS twice to ask to tier 2 officer, they told me that tier2 IO will call me but never did. I submitted I-290B to reopen my case. Can a Tier 2 IO re-schedule me for another interview? Talking to tier 1 is so useless and just kept on repeating what I already know from the denial letter. How can I get a Tier 2 officer to talk to? Please advise me as I feel so helpless at this point of a long wait. PD 12/2017, Brooklyn
