Expediting my EAD through Congress Office

This forum has helped me a lot and I wanted to share my experience of expediting my case.
PD for I-765: March 11, 2019 (submitted concurrently w/ Marriage Based AOS)
I'm currently working using my EAD from F-1 OPT STEM. My current stem extension card is expiring early July 2019 and the status of my case has been "Case was received." My husband is currently looking for a job so I'm the only source of income and my employer has made it clear that I cannot continue to work if I don't get a new EAD before the expiration date.
I was so stressed out at that time, but based on a lot of people's suggestions/experiences through this forum, I contacted the Congress Office in my district and talked to the Immigration Specialist there. At first, he told me my case is fairly new and still within the processing times and cannot be expedited, but I explained my situation to him and he agreed to help expedite the request under "Severe financial loss" reason.
He submitted the request to expedite on June 4... and today I just received an email from the USCIS that my EAD card is being produced! It only took 14 days.
I'm so happy I can continue working - God is good!!!
