Expedite through Congresswoman timeline

HI!

Marriage based / NBC / NYC - Queens filer.
PD: March 25th
Biometrics: April 23rd

I got a job offer in early June so I needed my EAD card asap.

June 3rd: Called USCIS to request an expedite
June 4th: Called Congresswoman's office and sent supporting documents immediately.
June 5th: Case Status changed to
                1) your request to have your case expedited was completed.
                2) we sent a response to your request to have your case expedited
                3) your request to have your case expedite was assigned to an officer for response.
June 6th: Contacted Senator's office (Kirsten Gillibrand is my senator. She is running for 2020!)
June 11th: Congresswoman sent a request to USCIS
June 12th: I also faxed the same supporting documents
June 18th: Senator also sent a request
June 19th: Case Status changed to "New Card is Being Produced!!!

Supporting docs I submitted:
- Cover letter
- Job offer letter
- Spouse's unemployment letter (My spouse got laid off)
- Emergency room visit summary (My eye was injured)
- After Visit Summary from my two doctors' offices saying I needed medical treatment.
- Hospital bills (In cover letter I mentioned I really need medical treatment but I haven't seen my doctors for two months due to severe financial loss and I am afraid to lose my vision... blah blah)
- Credit Card bill
- Joint account bank statement
- Marriage Certificate
- a copy of My passport
- a copy of my spouse's passport
