Hi guys this is my timeline for my AOS process. for a family base. ( marriage)
March 21, 2019 filed i765, i130,i485
April 3, 2019 received (receipts)
April 7, 2019 schedule for biometric
April 18, 2019 biometrics done
April 22, 2019 case ready to be scheduled for interview
May 09,2019 interview scheduled
June 19,2019 interview date at Federal Plaza
June 19, 2019 “new card production”
June 20, 2019 i485 approved
June 20, 2019 i130 approved
interview took 20 mins at end the IO just told me that shes was going to approve me within hours and to expect my green card in 2 weeks, but 2 hours later i received a text message saying the my card was under production. As you can see my process last for 2 months. I'm expecting a 10 years green card since i been married for 14 years. before this process i was under DACA protection for 3 periods.
