Hello everybody! On June 20th my husband and I received a denial on out adjustment status application based on I-140 petition of alien worker (EB1). I was the petitioner. We are still waiting for a letter with the reason of denial, and we are at a loss to even have a guess what happened. What is your experience, if you had a denial, in a situation similar to ours?
