Interview notification and notice lost
So on 06/05 i Got this notification that they scheduled my appointment . i waited for 12 days but nothing so i decided to call USCIS and the customer service agent insisted that they did't schedule and no notice sent .
i called again last Friday and i insisted to talk to tier 2 officer . in a minute he just told me my interview day and time 07/23
Don't listen to these customer service agents . they know nothing really . i think they just have the same access like us and they try to decrease the volume of calls no matter what it takes
Thanks for people who encouraged me to insist asking for tier 2 officer , i would have missed my interview
