Hi Everyone.
Just wanted to share my journey. This forum has helped me soooo much and I am eternally grateful for all the help i received just from reading your posts. I'm in Oklahoma City and marriage based AOS from F-1 status .
Married: 03/09/2018
PD: 12/05/2018
12/10/2018: we've accepted fingerprint fee
01/03/2019: Biometrics
04/03/2019: EAD card was approved
04/10/2019: EAD card in hand
05/10/2019: We are ready to schedule your interview. 4 hours later: We have scheduled your interview.
06/24/2019: Went to the interview
Interview went pretty smooth. My husband is the USC and we have a beautiful 9 month old. Officer spoke about the baby a lot and asked if I had any documents I wanted to give him. Gave him updated tax returns, baby's birth certificate, online chat receipts of when we were dating, pictures, and utility bills with both of our names. I had sent in a WHOLE lot of evidence initially so did not have much updated stuff to give him.
Asked my husband to verify his name, SSN and address. Asked me timeline of our relationship and if both our families were happy we got married. Went through the standard yes/no questions and that was it. We got approved on the spot! (Didn't use a lawyer by the way).
One hour after we left, I got the notice that they ordered my card!! Im so excited and happy that this stage is over. Best wishes to those who are waiting. Still praying for you guys.
