removal of conditional green card
on may 25,2019 my spouse and i was invited for an interview to remove my conditional green card. we have been married for 4 years. Getting to the office we were interviewed separately. The IO asked me questions about my DS 160 form i filled during my visa application to the State, as my ds 160 form had indicated that my status was married in my home country, but i had no idea about it, because i paid a travel agent to do visa application for me. I explained to the IO my position, that I wasnt married in my home country, that this must be an error from the person who actually completed my visa application in my country.

The IO officer then asked if I got a divorce, so I repeated same answer that i wasnt married before, and my first marriage ever was in the US. the rest of the interview went smooth and it lasted for about an hour. my answers was the same as my spouse for all the questions the IO asked. I presented 6 document (tax papers, life, rental & car insurance papers, phone bills, joint bank account) so we was told they would send us a notice via mail. Its been a month and I am still worried about if my answers about my ds 160 would be a major issue for me.

Please can anyone advise? I would really appreciate. Thanks all
