Hi,
After reading a few of the notes (here) I decided to reach out to the senator and the local council office. I send a long and lengthy letter to both offices and got responses quickly. They wanted me to sign a privacy waiver (so, they can reach out to the USCIS office) according to the office(s) response it will take 2-3 weeks for a response. While I wait for a positive response, I also, reached out Susan Quintana Field Office Director at Federal Building, I am not sure but at this point, I just hope anyone can help. This wait is way overdue!
Are there any NYC files with PD March 2018? Please let me know if you have received any updates? Did you resubmit to renew the EDA card?
