Adjustment of Status - I-485

I just found this page as I am up and worried at 3: 07 am. My husband and I have been waiting for an interview for a while. I check the mail daily and I am constantly checking online. every day I would check it be the samething until yesterday. We checked case status yesterday and our hearts dropped when we saw your interview was scheduled on April 30th. we quickly called and spoke to a rep . He verified our address on file is correct and yet we didn't receive anything. He transferred us to higher ranking officer we got a message saying we will get a call back in 99 minutes. We waited for the time and waited yet no call. I can't schedule and infopass appointment for they no longer allowed walking. we sent for a work permit renewal 1 week ago hoping interview date comes soon. This is heart broken. In our case only my husband is working and his job reminded him his card is about to expire in October. We do have a sick daughter who is scheduled for major surgery mid August. I can't even tell you how devastated and heart broken we are right now. We are in Cincinnati,Oh with no family because we have been here to get care for our daughter. We intend to get on the phone today but we appreciate any advice you may have. I'm heart broken.
