Petition for Alien relative _NYC
Hi People,
PD is July 26th,2017, my husband is a US citizen. We have received a letter from USCIS today, that form I 130, Petition for Alien Relative has been approved. We had our initial interview on March 19th, 2019 and we haven’t been approved on the spot, they just gave us the letter with the 120 days note. 120 days expire on July 13, haven’t heard from them since, except today with the approval letter. What does happen after the I130 is approved, does it mean that I’ll get my green card shortly?
I’d appreciate any comment, you guys were a big help through this journey so far, can’t wait to get it over with!!!
