Hi Everyone!
I am a tourist visa over stay of 5 years.
I’m married to a U.S. Citizen for a year.
We recently submitted all our documents concurrently (The best way)
Here is our timeline so far, which I will continue to update over time. You guys can ask me any questions and I’ll do my best to respond to them all..
Location: New York City
Priority Date : June 10th 2019
I-130, I-485, I-765(Employment Authorization), & I-131(Travel Document)
Biometrics Notice Date : June 21st
Biometrics Notice Date In My Mail : June 28th
My Biometrics Date is set for July 10th.
When I’m done with my biometrics, I will let y’all know exactly how the process went & what goes on from there. (most likely just patiently wait to receive travel & work authorization! Hooray! Bless everyone going through the same process, it was a long time coming but we’re getting there! And you will too. Amen!
