Hi everyone, I'm new here but have being a silent reader. Below is my timeline. AOS and married to USC.
PD Jan18 2019
Biometric done 2/2/19.
My status online still on case received till date. However I got a letter today stating
RE: 1-485 Courtesy letter to applicant. Saying evidence submitted with my application is deficient for the follow reason.
Civil surgeon certified the exam more than 60 days before the date the applicant filed the form 1-485. To my understanding medicals is valid for a year or has there been a change
Please anyone with similar case. And has anyone received EAD.
