05/30/219 - Interview

My lawyer attended my interview with me as she had prepared majority of my paperwork.

Took the oath, IO officer told me it could take up to 120 days for a decision, and that my visa was current, and their is a visa number available. I got asked the usual questions, when did i last enter the usa, how did i get my job, how much do i make, where do i live etc.
Before leaving she took a copy of a current letter from my employer, stating that I work here, and make X amount of money. She also took two months of paystubs.
She then asked for a copy of my W2 and tax returns for the most recent year. I did not have those as it was not requested on the interview notice. She also asked for a copy of my lease, which again i did not have because it was not on the interview notice.

My lawyer thinks that the IO was pretty knew because she kept forgetting what she was asking, and her general presence. My lawyer was able to drop off my tax returns and W2 with my lease a week later, and the IO accepted them.

Its been over 4 weeks and i still haven't received any updates. Has anyone got an experience with this.

My greencard application is employment based. I originally entered the US on a J1 visa, then transferred to a tourist visa whilst my applications where being prepared.
