Co-Sponsor Issues?
I am a first time poster to this forum. My husband and I just got married last week and we will be sending in our AOS paperwork soon. We will be needing a co-sponsor because I just started my first real job and my income falls a bit below the requirement. I have a letter from my employer verifying how much money I make, but it still does not meet the requirements.

Has anyone had any issues getting approved using a co-sponsor? I am just a bit worried with all of the news about the proposed public charge rule. My husband is currently here on OPT, but his work permit expires next week. His company has said he will be welcome to start working for them again once we get his new EAD. Will it be helpful to bring along a letter from his employer verifying his income for our interview? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
