Court Hearing in Florida regarding divorce
Hello All,

Thank you for always sharing your experiences. I am not if this is the right forum for my question, but I think my question is pretty straight-forward and I would appreciate some thoughts and input on it.

Facts: I am undocumented person going through a divorce (simplified uncontested dissolution of marriage) in the State of Florida. SB 168 is in full effect since July 1st (law that among many things give power and obligation to State official to collaborate with ICE). I never filed for AOS or had a deportation proceedings. Also, never had any criminal or civil record at all.

Question:
In terms of likelihood, shared experiences or facts, Will I be in any risk or trouble (immigration wise) by attending my divorce hearing at the court? Anyone has experiences with the divorce proceeding in the hearings (Ex. time length, ID checkpoints)?

Thank you in advance. I appreciate a lot the help
