God Did it! The Storm is FINALLY OVER! Baltimore, Maryland Filer!
I'm the Happiest man today; My days of Tears, Pain, Panic, Hopelessness and Anxiety are finally over! FREEDOM at LAST!
I came into USA with B1/B2 visa category in 2014 and I changed my Visa to F-1(student visa) but was unable to go to school due to Financial Difficulties.
i met my Wonderful Wife in April 18th 2017,we got married in JUNE 28TH, 2017 and filed our papers in SEPTEMBER 14TH, 2017 through an ATTORNEY. I got my EAD in DECEMBER 5TH, 2017.
There was System glitch in 2018 so our interview date took forever, Finally in July 3rd, 2018 we were scheduled for interview in August 1st, 2018.
On the day of Interview, My Attorney refused to show up. Another Panic and anxiety sets in.
Finally we were called in by IO(Immigration officer).
He was very Mean, harsh and Unfriendly.
He asked why I didn't return back to my country when I couldn't pay for my tuition fees, I told him I was hopeful I'd raise money.
He asked Information about me from my wife and Did same to me, And our Answers were 100% correct. No errors, No inconsistencies.
He asked why Our Attorney didn't show up, I told him I have no idea with fears on my face.
After the interview, he gave us a white paper and told us our case will be reviewed after 180days then the Terror and trouble started. I Never anything from them, Even My case didn't change on the internet.
I renewed my EAD in SEPTEMBER 12TH 2018, cuz its expires in DECEMBER 6TH of 2018.
I never got anything from USCIS till date. I called almost every week from January 2019 till July 1st.
I Was Tired, Depressed and Sad, Just Yesterday July 3rd, 2019, I checked My case status online which I haven't done in months because I already lost hope since I didn't hear from them after 180 days for my I-485 and My EAD renewal, As I checked yesterday I saw "NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED"
I couldn't believe my eyes, I was soo happy and at the same time Confused because my I-130 is yet to be approved.
Above all, I give God the Glory!.
Be Patient, Your time will come!
Though the process is slow, but it truly works if you're patient.
