Interview completed and my case must be reviewed
I had my interview on june 27th at Jacksonville FL, marriage based.
The interview went well and my officer was very nice and she take tinx east wt us,
Though we didn't go wt a lot of documents bcox i haven't gotten Ssn and work permit which she said its fine that she has noted it down.
She asked us how we met, why did we get married and so on. She was pleased wt our responses and said everytin is fine, that she will give my 4years old son a waiver that she doesn't need to ask h any questio.
And she asked me where do i want our greencard to be mailed to and i said my attorney's office.
She then asked me if i and my wife are planning to travel within the next 2 years which we said yes bcoz i just lost my a day before the interview which she actually sympathize with me and noted it on my file that i needed to travel asap to give my late dad ho last respect. She now proceeds that my sponsor's tax return form is not clear enough and that i will still need to bring a copy of a photo id of the person that sublet a room for me in his apartment bcoz i and my wife don have a lease yet, she said she will need to request for a rfe on those 2 tinx bcox she won't be able to defend it in the presence of her supervisor. She told my lawyer that he shld received the rfe letter in no time. She now printed out 3 letters of remover of condition and asked i and my wife to sign her own copy to keep, one fpr my lawyer and one for i and my wife, she now further explain to us that after getting my 2years conditional green card that i Wil have to apply to remove the condition 90days before it expires. She now said when am coming for my 10years i should prepare and make sure i come wt a lot of documents as evidence.
My issue now is tht since that june 27th my case keep saying my interview has been completed and my case mustbe reviewed, and my lawyer has not gotten the rfe letter yet, but i got my ssn today and mt EAD has been mailed out today.
