Hi everyone!
I have some question regarding to my AOS. I would be appreciate if someone know or has a similar situation like me.
My husband is a Green card holder. We sent out I 130 and I 130A on April 2018. However, on the forms, somehow we didn't include all of my employment.
I used to work OPT for 1 year and I was also failed to report 1 out of 4 jobs that I was working at that time. Do you think it is possible to apply for OPT again after I graduating from university?
Do you think failed to report some of the employment in I 130 and not update on SEVIS during OPT would affect our application and what is the best way to solve this?
