Can i go Visa Inteview without original I797 document
Hi,
My original approved petition documents were not delivered and returned back to USCIS, My employer try to get the original documents. Can I go visa interview without originals.
Currently I am having only i797 soft copies and affidavit which is issued by immigration attorney. I have a interview by this month end, can I go visa interview without original i797 copy. Please provide me your inputs on this.
