i 485 denied and now re-applying
Hello guys i recently i got my family based i 485 (june 2018 NYC filler, interview was in Jan 2019), denied because i got a second interview which i couldn't attend though i did submit for rescheduling for my interview which uscis didn't take in and now applied again in may 2019 and even got the receipt but don't know what is going to happen next, didn't got any biometrics notice maybe because i already got one in my last file (not sure?). Everything is just now so confusing can't think of anything else. (wish me and my husband wouldn't have missed the second interview but because i got into an accident few days before the interview and had to claim insurance money on the very same day of the interview but still have some hope just don't know what will happen next). denial notice did mention things like to motion to appeal...but when discussed with lawyer, suggested not to take any risk with these arrogant USCIS officers. Any advice or suggestions would help.
