Mother’s date of birth is incorrect in her passport
Hello,
My mother’s date of birth is incorrect in her passport. When I compare it with my date of birth it’s only 12yrs gap but that’s not true. I realized this when I was filling DS-160.
There are only 2 options to correct it. 1. Get DOB certificate and 2. Cancel passport in the Court with correct evidence. She doesn’t have date of birth certificate and now we can’t get it because she is 50+. I spoke with few lawyers in HYD but they said they can’t do it.
Should I apply for visiting visa ? Any suggestions ?
I’m married and my husband has a GC. Will she get the visiting visa without any issues if my husband?
