Green card interview answers
Hey guys, i did my first interview yesterday in Newark Nj green card through marriage. The IO was very rude, impatient, sometime she asked me one thing and I didn’t understand and asked her to repeat kindly, she just said “never mind”. She didn’t keep any photos about us (me and my us citizen wife), my medical exam i took to the interview but she didn’t ask or she didn’t remember to ask that. In the ends, my lawyer asked the secretary to give the IO the exam she didn’t get and the IO said later she doesn’t need. In the ends of the interview the IO told us to wait a mail for response but she didn’t give us the famous white paper.
Can anyone help me why the IO didn’t ask me the exam or didn’t give the white paper in the ends? Again, she didn’t keep any photos or took any copies from the documents. The interview took 40 mins and she didn’t separate us. I’m very concerned and disappointed. Please help me with that. Thank you so much. God help all of us!
