Hi everyone,
My field office is Atlanta ,
Service center NBC
I came to USA in B1B2 visa and was overstayed for one and half year at the time marraige .
Filed I 485 and I130 on July 2018
I forgot to file i765 and i131 together with that as I was not aware of it initially and I filed both i765 and I131 for combo card on October 2018 which was almost 3 month later from my i485 and I 130 filing date .
Now my situation is I haven’t yet received any EAD/AP card .its now more than 9 months from my filing date .its out of normal processing time shown in website .i did the service request already 3 week before and no response for it too.
And about my i485 : my interview was done in first week of May 2019, almost after 8 months of filing .I got a letter after interview that the decision is kept pending for additional review .its been almost 3 months after interview and still no updation about it .
About interview: .immigration officer was not that friendly , asked some basic questions .We were not able to give IO a lot joint documents as my wife was not able to add me in mortgage, insurance ,etc as I am
Still waiting for my ssn but still submitted what was possible like joint bank accounts statements , utility bills , some photographs when the lady IO asked ,and we explained the marraige ceremony will be conducted in my home country during our visit after the issuance of ead/Ap.
So this the scenario
Can anyone help me with this situation, or any suggestions for the steps I should do further .plz plz help me with ur thoughts and ideas .
