Removal processing
I'm in removal processing (asylum pending and my next court in October 2019). I married to US citizen in 2017 and he filled I-130 I got approval on October 2018 then I applied for AOS (I-485) in January 2019. I have not got an interview. From this forum, I understand that if you are in removal processing you first need to terminate the case in court with the judge? I heard the different story from different attorneys and people I do not know which one is true. Please do not recommend to get a good attorney I already have one but he tells me that it better I go with my asylum case not AOS based marriage.
If you have the same experience please advice.
