Hi everyone
Can anyone help me with just 3 questions :
1) is there any issue (issue means whether that can delay the entire process)if we are not filing i765 and i131 along with the i485and i130 forms In marraige based adjustment of status ?
2)if the IO is not satisfied with the first interview (marraige based AOS) within what time they will call for second interview .
3)If we are called for the second interview how the interview will be : will they be separating the couples and asking questions or almost same like the first interview with same basic questions or bit more .
