Can USCIS deny my I-485 if My father had claimed me as a dependent on his tax return?
Can USCIS deny my I-485 if My father had claimed me as a dependent on his tax return when I was here on student?

I am having my I-485 ( AOS ) interview next month. My immigration status was F1 ( student visa ) before we file for I-485. I have completed my graduation here in 3 years and I never lose my legal status after came to this country. In 2017's tax return My father had claimed me as a dependent which he never did that before. My father is the sponsor for my I-485. After some research I get to know that My father can not claim me as dependent on his tax return as I was on student visa. However, He did not claim me as dependent on his 2018's tax return as we know that it is not legal. I know my father made a mistake, but he did not know the law and he did this unintentionally. Can USCIS deny my I-485 ( AOS ) if they know that My father had claimed me as a dependent on his tax return when I was here on student visa? please give me some positive advise on this. My father is the US Citizen through naturalization and he has filed for my green card. My I-485 category is F1 ( unmarried son and daughter of US citizen above 21 years old )
