EAD expedited and approved
Hi everyone! I read a lot of good advices from cases shared here that help me successfully expedite my EAD. I want to share my experience so hopefully it would be helpful for others.

Location: SF, CA
Marriage based
Filing: May 9
Received: May 28
Request expedite through phone: right upon Receipt of application (as advised by my paralegal - I don't use lawyer)
Go to congresswoman to ask for assistance with expedite: June 17
Biometrics: June 20
Card delivered: July 15 (I saw it in my mailbox 4 days after, after I got notification email)

I requested expedite for financial loss reason. The application included 1) cover letter explaining why a loss (I used template shared here) 2) document supporting the loss reasoning 3) past offer letter that I couldn't take without work permit 4) emails from prospective employers inviting me for interviews. The officer at the congresswoman office told me that having an offer letter would greatly increase my chance of approval.

As many people have recommended, you should request the expedite and also ask from congressman office's help. You can do it immediately rather than waiting pass the waiting time.

Good luck!
