Update on my case
So i remember posting about me not getting any information or receipts for my paperwork.
So when i ask the questions on here at that time. Around June 20th or 21st. It look like the preparer didn't send off my paperwork at the time i thought.
I'm filing for Adjustment of status through my husband of married for 3yrs together for 6yrs known each other since 2002.
Anywho
The date that my preparer sent out my paperwork
was on June 28, 2019.
They receive my paperwork on July 1, 2019.
They sent out my receipt July 5, 2019.
I recieve the receipt on July 10, 2019
And they sent out my biometric that same day july 5, 2019. But recieve the biometric scheduled letter on. July 15, 2019. My Biometric is scheduled for july 23, 2019
I'm formally a DACA recipients. I'm wondering is that why i my biometric appointment came so quickly(maybe not).
So now I'm wondering after my biometric appointment, how long will it take for me to my EAD? I'm just praying it comes asap so i can go back work. My job is waiting for mento bring it in.
I was advisied on here that I expedite my EAD, due to hardship. How does that work?
