Case denied
My case was denied due to abandonment. I did not receive the notice for RFE in the mail.
which uscis said was sent to me around May and later sent to me denied letter for my I 130 and I-485.
I filed form I-290B [motion to appeal] through a lawyer already.
But, during my interview in April, the IO believed my divorce certificate wasn't genuine and same was mentioned in the denial letter that customary court cannot dissolve my previous marriage.
Pls, my questions are:
1) how long does it take to reopen the case after filing?
2) what is the possibility of reopening the case after getting a denial?
Any advice will be highly appreciated. Make una help a brother in need. I'm getting more frustrated
